We have taken many precautions internally to increase cleaning and reduce product handling and occasions when employees meet face to face.
Because the virus can be passed on without the contaminated person knowing they have it we have instituted a 72 hour wait period as the published advice is that the virus will not survive longer than 72 hours on a hard surface. This means that goods received by us are not handled within 72 hours and products made by us are not sent out within 72 hours.
Contingency plans are in place to allow senior members of staff to work from home if necessary.
At this time we are not experiencing delays or shortages.
